Maple Tree Consulting and Support Services works closely with Children’s Services and Collaborative Service Delivery (CSD) agencies throughout the Edmonton area to provide support to children, youth, and families. Our programs include Group Care, Family Time, Urgent Support, Youth Work, and Home Assessment Reports. The leadership team at Maple Tree is looking for a dynamic individual they can rely on to organize files and program information, field phone calls and emails, as well as book meetings and complete both professional and personal errands as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrative/Personal Assistant
  • A reliable vehicle and the availability to travel
  • Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
  • Child Welfare Intervention Record Check completed within the last 6 months
  • Open availability

A successful candidate will:

  • Be flexible and reliable in their availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent written and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to abide by timelines
  • Have exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Be able to interact with respect, kindness, and understanding with employees, clients, and stakeholders

Compensation

  • Salary/wage will be discussed during interview process with potential candidates.
  • Benefits are available after three months of full-time employment
