Program Description
Maple Tree’s Home Assessment Report program collaborates with Children’s Services and Collaborative Service Delivery agencies to create accurate and reliable SAFE Home Assessment Reports (HAR). While working in partnership with Children’s Services and Community Stakeholders, Maple Tree evaluates applicants required to complete a home assessment. The Home Assessment Report provides a recommendation based on the applicant’s family’s willingness, readiness, and ability to parent effectively.
Program Summary
- Maple Tree Consulting’s assessors are trained and certified as SAFE assessors.
- Experienced Maple Tree SAFE assessors and supervisors work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Case conference and STM availability from assigned Maple Tree SAFE assessors and supervisors.
- Safe Assessors act as an independent source to determine the placement viability of Applicants.
