Urgent Support Services works in collaboration with Children’s Services and Collaborative Service Delivery agencies to provide short-term, 1-to-1 staffing supports for youth residing in the community.

Family Time Support Program

The Family Time Support Program works in partnership with Children’s Services and Collaborative Service Delivery agencies to facilitate safe and meaningful connections for parents and children.

Group Care Program

The Group Care Program works closely with Children’s Services, other agencies, and stakeholders to provide a safe environment for youth to thrive in. Maple Tree aims to elevate the voice of the person served and advocates tirelessly for their needs.

History of a Child Report

The History of a Child Report program works collaboratively with Children’s Services to provide a written history of a child’s life in care which contains crucial information about a child’s past. Maple Tree ensures that the voice of the child and their biological family are heard throughout the report.

Home Assessment Report

The Home Assessment Report program works with Children’s Services and Collaborative Service Delivery agencies to create accurate and reliable Home Assessment Reports. Maple Tree follows the provincially sanctioned home study model, Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE).

Youth Work Support Program

The Youth Work Support Program collaborates with Children’s Services, other agencies, and stakeholders to engage with youth. Maple tree encourages youth to enrich their relationships, grow their support network, and connect with their communities, thereby enhancing their sense of belonging and attachment.
